ANNOUNCEMENT
DUBLIN, Ireland (February 11, 2022)…. Trinity Biotech plc (Nasdaq: TRIB), a leading developer and manufacturer of diagnostic products for the point-of-care and clinical laboratory markets, today announced that Mr. John
Gillard, Group Chief Financial Officer, has informed the Board of Directors of the Company of his intention to resign in order assume a senior finance role in an organisation outside the life sciences sector. Mr Gillard is expected to leave Trinity
Biotech in April 2022 and a process to appoint his successor will now commence. We thank John for his very significant contributions and wish him the very best for the future.
