Other Events.

On April 12, 2022, SouthState Corporation (“SouthState” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the publication of its annual Corporate Social Responsibility Report (the “Report”) which highlights the Company’s commitment to its communities, colleagues, corporate stewardship, and the environment in the fiscal year ended December 31, 2021. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and incorporated herein by reference.
