On January 20, 2022, SunPower Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the "Company"), issued an investor release, included as Exhibit 99.1 hereto, announcing preliminary results of operations for its fourth quarter ended January 2, 2022, and providing certain other updates with respect to its business.
