On September 15, 2022, Spectrum Brands Holdings,, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release in response to the U.S. Department of Justice’s opposition to the sale of its Hardware and Home Improvement division to ASSA ABLOY. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
