Item 7.01    Regulation FD Disclosure.
On November 15, 2022, Rapid7, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Andre Cuenin, currently the Company’s Chief Revenue Officer, will be transitioning from the Company by the end of the year. In connection with Mr. Cuenin’s transition, the sales and customer success organizations of the Company will report directly to Andrew Burton, the Company’s President and Chief Operating Officer.
