On October 5, 2021, The RealReal, Inc. issued a press release providing a business update in accordance with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s disclosure guidance with respect to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. This business update included preliminary information for gross merchandise value and average order value for the quarter ended September 30, 2021.
