Annual Report on Form 20-F

Hyderabad, India, June 28, 2022: Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Limited (BSE: 500124, NSE: DRREDDY, NYSE: RDY, NSEIFSC: DRREDDY, along with its subsidiaries together referred to as “Dr. Reddy’s”) today announced that its Annual Report on Form 20-F, containing its annual consolidated financial statements prepared under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), as issued by International Accounting Standards Board (IASB), for the fiscal year ended 31 March, 2022 was filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission on June 27, 2022.

The Annual Report on Form 20-F is also available on Dr. Reddy’s website, www.drreddys.com and can be accessed by selecting ‘SEC filings’ under ‘Reports and Filings’ section under ‘Investors’ tab.
