On May 17, 2022, the following proposals were approved by the stockholders of Purple Innovation, Inc. (the “Company”) at the Company’s 2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders:

 

Election of seven directors to serve until their successors are duly elected and qualified at the next annual meeting of stockholders or until their earlier death, resignation or removal;

 

Approval, on an advisory basis, of the compensation of the Company’s named executive officers as set forth in the Proxy Statement;

 

Ratification of the selection of BDO USA, LLP as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2022.
