(b) As previously disclosed in our Form 8-K dated March 1, 2021, Mark W. Joslin will retire as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). On July 19, 2021, Pool Corporation ("the Company") announced the effective date of August 9, 2021. Mr. Joslin will continue to serve the Company as Senior Vice President until his retirement on October 1, 2021.
(c) The Company also announced that Melanie Housey Hart will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer effective August 9, 2021. As Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Mrs. Hart will remain the Company’s principal accounting officer and will also take on the role of Treasurer. The information regarding Mrs. Hart included in our Form 8-K dated March 1, 2021, is incorporated herein by reference.
