On November 16, 2021, the Board of Directors of Public Service Enterprise Group Incorporated provided an updated authorization to senior management regarding the timing of implementation of a previously announced share repurchase program and declared a fourth quarter dividend, as further described in the press release furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
