On July 27, 2021, Paycom Software, Inc. issued a press release announcing a sponsorship agreement with the Oklahoma City Thunder that includes naming rights for the National Basketball Association (NBA) team’s arena located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
