Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On March 9, 2022, ONEOK, Inc., an Oklahoma corporation (“ONEOK” or “our”) announced organizational changes designed to align our reporting structure to, and accelerate the execution of, our strategic plan and to create leadership development opportunities. As part of these changes, effective March 28, 2022, Kevin L. Burdick will become Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer, responsible for all ONEOK commercial activities and continuing to report to Pierce H. Norton, II, President and CEO. Scott Schingen, Senior Vice President, Operations, who previously reported to Mr. Burdick, will now report directly to Mr. Norton.
