Departure of Directors
On September 14, 2022, Dr. Kavitha Velusamy, a member of the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Oceaneering International, Inc. ("Oceaneering" or "us"), notified the Board that she was resigning as a member of the Board in order to pursue other opportunities. Her resignation is not the result of any disagreement with Oceaneering.
