REGULATORY UPDATE | 13 Securitization Update KANSAS OKLAHOMA TEXAS Status (as of Aug 31, 2022) The Kansas Corporation Commission issued a financing order on August 18th authorizing a bankruptcy remote subsidiary of Kansas Gas Service to issue securitized utility tariff bonds with a maturity between 7-10yrs. The Company received bond proceeds of $1.3B on August 25th and called $1.3B of its 2- and 3-year notes with scheduled settlement on Sept 25th. Customer website: https://www.oklahomanaturalgas.com/securitization The Company continues to provide information to the Texas Public Finance Authority (TPFA) related to the pending bond issuance. Est.
