Item 8.01. Other Events.

Consistent with the Report on Form 8-K filed on May 6, 2021, Ken Lamneck, President and CEO of Insight Enterprises, Inc. (the “Company”), retired and resigned from the Company’s Board of Directors effective December 31, 2021. Mr. Lamneck has no disagreements with the Company; in fact, he will continue to serve the Company in an advisory capacity.

As provided in the Company’s Report on Form 8-K filed October 18, 2021, effective January 1, 2022, Joyce Mullen was elected as President and CEO of the Company and as a member of the Board of Directors.
