Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On December 28, 2022, Newpark Resources, Inc. (“Newpark” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing it has completed the previously announced Gulf of Mexico transactions, which effectively provide for the Company’s exit from the Gulf of Mexico market, and also provided an update on its existing share repurchase program. A copy of the press release is being furnished and is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
