Item 5.02      Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

 

On December 21, 2020, Dr. Leanne Baker tendered her resignation as a director of McEwen Mining Inc. (the “Company”) and as a member of the Audit and Nominating & Corporate Governance Committees of the board, effective immediately. The Company is saddened to report that Dr. Baker passed away on December 22, 2020.

 

The board will consider whether to identify a replacement for Dr. Baker or reduce the size of the Board in her absence.
