Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On July 11, 2022, Vail Resorts, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Michael Barkin, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will be stepping down after nearly a decade in role to take time to pursue personal opportunities. Mr. Barkin’s resignation will be effective December 31, 2022, or such other date as mutually agreed upon.

The Company issued a press release on July 11, 2022 announcing the expected management transition described in Item 5.02 above, which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
