Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January 10, 2022, Paragon 28, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing preliminary unaudited revenue for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2021. A copy of the Company’s press release, titled “Paragon 28 Announces Preliminary Unaudited Revenue for Fourth Quarter and Full-Year 2021” is furnished pursuant to Item 2.02 as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
