On October 4, 2021, IBM announced that it is updating its reporting segments, and on November 3, 2021, IBM completed the separation of Kyndryl Holdings, Inc. Exhibit 7 of Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K contains information that the Company has posted to its Investor Relations website (www.ibm.com/investor/) including recast historical financial data as adjusted for discontinued operations as well as recast segment data under the new segment structure. Reconciliations of non-GAAP financial measures included in exhibits 7c and 7d of Exhibit 99.1 to the most directly comparable financial measures calculated and presented in accordance with GAAP are included in Exhibit 99.2 to this Form 8-K.
