Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 16, 2023, the Company issued a press release announcing preliminary unaudited fourth quarter and full year 2022 revenue and orders for the period ended December 31, 2022. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
