On November 13, 2023, Reliance Global Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2023. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference. The information contained in any website is not a part of this Current Report on Form 8-K.
