On January 10, 2024, Infinera Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Release”) reaffirming certain preliminary unaudited financial result ranges for the third quarter and outlook ranges for the fourth quarter of 2023. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
