On February 15, 2024, Hanesbrands Inc. (the “Company” or “Hanesbrands”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 30, 2023. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
