On February 8, 2024, Axalta Coating Systems Ltd. issued a press release and posted an earnings call presentation to its website reporting its financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2023. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
