Item 2.02    Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On March 4, 2024, Stitch Fix, Inc. (the “Company”) announced its financial results for the second quarter of fiscal 2024 ended January 27, 2024. In the press release, the Company also announced that it would be holding a conference call on March 4, 2024, at 2:00 p.m Pacific Time to discuss its financial results for the second quarter of fiscal 2024. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K (this “Current Report”) and incorporated by reference herein.
