On March 14, 2024, Dollar General Corporation (the “Company”) issued a news release regarding results of operations and financial condition for the fiscal 2023 fourth quarter (13 weeks) and full year (52 weeks) ended February 2, 2024. The news release is furnished as Exhibit 99 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
