Primeserv accordingly advises that management’s review of the financial results expected for the year ended 31 March 2022 has indicated that Primeserv will reflect earnings of 20.86 cents per share, in comparison to restated earnings per share of 10.64 cents for the year ended 31 March 2021, and headline earnings per share of 20.86 cents per share in comparison to restated headline earnings per share of 13.77 cents for the year ended 31 March 2021. This represents an increase in earnings per share of 96% and an increase in headline earnings per share of 51%. The financial results on which this trading statement has been based have not been reviewed or reported on by the company’s auditors.
