BARLOWORLD - FURTHER ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement released on 17 December 2021 (the “Initial
Announcement”) providing details of Barloworld’s forthcoming annual general meeting (“AGM”) to be
held on Thursday, 10 February 2022 at 12:30, both virtually and in person.

Barloworld hereby informs shareholders that the AGM will now only be held virtually through online
participation due to the ongoing impact of COVID-19.

As set out in the Initial Announcement, Barloworld has engaged the services of The Meeting
Specialist Proprietary Limited (“TMS”) to host the AGM on an interactive electronic platform and
shareholders are referred to the notice of AGM for full details of electronic participation at the AGM.
In addition, shareholders or their proxies are required to complete the electronic participation form
which forms part of the notice of AGM and email this to TMS at proxy@tmsmeetings.co.za by no
later than 12:30 (SA time) on Thursday, 3 February 2022. TMS can also be contacted on +27 11 520
7950/1/2. Shareholders who have dematerialised their shares, other than those shareholders who
have dematerialised their shares with “own name” registration, should contact their CSDP or broker
in the manner and time stipulated in their agreement with their CSDP or broker.


Each shareholder who has complied with the aforementioned requirements, will be contacted
between 3 and 4 February 2022 via e-mail/mobile with an unique link to allow them to participate in
the AGM.

The salient dates for the AGM as set out in the Initial Announcement remain unchanged.
