reviewed condensed consolidated results for the year ended 31 December 2022 which were released on the
Stock Exchange News Service (SENS) of the JSE Limited on 9 February 2023.

Please note that the notice of the annual general meeting (AGM), together with the necessary supporting
information, will be distributed to shareholders in due course.
