RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

1. Introduction
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements released on SENS, the last of which
was dated 3 May 2022 (and using the terms defined therein) relating to the potential delisting of the
Company’s Shares from the securities exchange operated by the JSE (“the Proposed
Transaction”).

2. Renewal of Cautionary
As disclosed in the announcement dated 3 May 2022, the assessment related to local and global
events and its impact on the Company’s operations is currently being finalised. If the Proposed
Transaction is successfully concluded, it may have a material effect on the price of the Company’s
securities. Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in
the Company’s securities, until a further announcement is made.

3. Board Responsibility Statement
