TRP121.1: NOTIFICATION OF REDUCTION OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES HELD BY THE
PUBLIC INVESTMENT CORPORATION SOC LIMITED ("PIC")
In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 as amended and section 3.83(b) of
the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that Oceana received formal
notification in the prescribed form that the PIC has disposed of a beneficial interest in the ordinary shares of the
Company, such that the total interest held by the PIC now amounts to 19.813% (a decrease from the 21.444%
previously held) of the total issued ordinary shares of the Company.
The board of directors of Oceana accepts responsibility for the information contained in this announcement
having relied on the notice information provided by the PIC in the TRP 121.1 Form and, to the best of its
knowledge and belief, such information is true and does not omit anything likely to affect the importance of such
information contained herein.
As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Act, the Company has filed the required notice with the Takeover
Regulation Panel.
