Further to the SENS announcement released on Friday, 12 August 2022, the below detailed
directors, prescribed officers and company secretary of the Company, have opted to sell a
portion or all of the shares that vested on 11 August 2022 in terms of the Raubex Long Term
Incentive Scheme. Accordingly, in terms of paragraph 3.63 to 3.65 of the JSE Listings
Requirements, the following information relating to dealings in securities by directors,
