DEALING IN SECURITIES BY THE ADCOCK INGRAM LIMITED EMPLOYEE SHARE TRUST (2008)

In compliance with the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are advised that the Adcock
Ingram Holdings Limited Employee Share Trust (2008) has, after obtaining the requisite clearance, purchased
Adcock Ingram ordinary shares in the open market on behalf of participants in accordance with its terms, to
fulfil its obligations arising from the exercise of options by participants. The details are set out below:
