Attacq Limited (JSE:ATT) is a South Africa-based real estate investment trust, with a vision of delivering total returns comprising sustainable income return and long-term capital growth through a focused approach to real estate investments and developments. 

Attacq's focus is on owning and managing retail dominant mixed-used precincts, including the development roll out of Waterfall, as well as investing directly in retail-focused property assets via MAS Real Estate Inc. (JSE:MSP). The group does this by investing in real estate across the retail, office, residential, light industrial and hotel sectors, leveraging the strength of its financial, natural, human, social, and intellectual resources.

For shareholders, the group aims to deliver sustainable income and capital growth by investing in South Africa and beyond its borders. In South Africa, the group's focus is on Waterfall City, Waterfall Logistics Hub, and its retail and mixed-use precincts. Globally, the group is invested in MAS Real Estate Inc as well as shopping centres in Ghana and Nigeria. It collaborates to meet the diverse needs of its key stakeholders. For tenants, Attacq creates sustainable and flexible spaces to their specific requirements.
