Дивидендная политика Мать и дитя предусматривает возможность распределения на дивиденды до 100% чистой прибыли компании, в том числе накопленной, если таковая имеется, на основании консолидированной финансовой отчетности по МСФО. Компания планирует возобновить выплаты дивидендов по окончании процедуры перерегистрации в российскую юрисдикцию. Ранее дивидендные выплаты осуществлялись на уровне 50% от чистой прибыли по МСФО.
