Согласно дивидендной политики ГК Самолет (октябрь 2020 г.) определенны следующие минимальные уровни выплат: при соотношении чистый долг/скорр. EBITDA меньше 1,0x на выплату дивидендов будет направлено не менее 50% чистой прибыли предыдущего финансового периода по МСФО; при показателе чистый долг/скорректированная EBITDA от 1 до 2 - не менее 33%. При этом при любой долговой нагрузке сумма дивидендов составит не менее 5 млрд руб. в год. Возможна замена дивидендов на выкуп акций.
