Other Events.
 
On March 22, 2021, Ionis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company’s partner, Roche, has decided to discontinue dosing in the Phase III GENERATION HD1 study of tominersen in manifest Huntington’s disease.
 
A copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and incorporated herein by reference.
