Regulation FD Disclosure
On October 20, 2022, Imperial Oil Limited (the “company”) announced by means of a press release a unique collaboration with FLO, a leading North American electric vehicle charging network, to support Canada’s net zero greenhouse gas emissions goals by expanding FLO electric vehicle charging network in Canada. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
