Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On September 1, 2021, Elys Game Technology Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the approval of DC Class B Managed Service Provider and Class B Operator licenses to operate a sportsbook within the Grand Central Bar and Grill located in the Adams Morgan area of Washington, D.C.

A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report on Form 8-K. Item 8.01 – Other Events.

On September 1, 2021, the Company issued a press release announcing the granting to the Company by the District of Columbia Office of Lottery and Gaming of a provisional Standard Management Services Provider License in conjunction with management services being provided to Grand Central, LLC to operate a sportsbook within the Grand Central Bar and Grill located in the Adams Morgan area of Washington, D.C. The license expires August 26, 2022.
