Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
Common shares of CNH Industrial N.V. (the “Company”) are listed on both the New York Stock Exchange and the Euronext Milan, the regulated market of Borsa Italiana, in Italy. The Company reports financial results both under accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America and under International Financial Reporting Standards (“IFRS”). The Company has posted its voluntarily prepared unaudited IFRS financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2022 to the Investor Relations section of its website at http://www.cnhindustrial.com. Going forward, the Company intends to continue posting its quarterly unaudited IFRS financial results to this section of its website.
