Item 8.01OTHER EVENTS.
On July 18, 2022, Columbus McKinnon Corporation (the Company) announced that its Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.07 per common share at its meeting on Sunday, July 17, 2022. The dividend will be payable on or about August 15, 2022 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 5, 2022.

A copy of the press release issued in connection with such action is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
