BANCO SANTANDER (BRASIL) S.A., in continuation to the Notice to the Market released on June 7, 2023, hereby informs its shareholders and the general market that, in light of the fulfillment of the applicable precedent conditions, it has formalized the closing for the acquisition of the entire share capital of Toro Participações S.A., so that, as of this date, it indirectly holds 100% of the share capital of Toro Corretora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários S.A. and Toro Investimentos S.A.
