Other Events.
On September 13, 2022 (Hong Kong time), Wynn Macau, Limited ("WML"), an indirect subsidiary of Wynn Resorts, Limited ("Wynn Resorts") with its ordinary shares of common stock listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "HKSE"), filed with the HKSE an announcement (the "Announcement") that on September 13, 2022, WML submitted a tender to the Macau government for the awarding of a 10-year gaming concession contract to operate games of chance or other games in casinos in Macau commencing on January 1, 2023. The Announcement is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
