Other Events.
On January 25, 2022, Wynn Resorts, Limited (the “Company”) announced its entry into agreements with RAK Hospitality Holding LLC and Al Marjan Island LLC for the development and subsequent management of an integrated resort on Island 3, Al Marjan Island in the Emirate of Ras al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. The related announcement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated into this Item 8.01 by reference.
