Item 8.01. Other Events.

 

On April 21, 2022, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) updated its Local Coverage Determination (LCD) for Tyvaso® (treprostinil) Inhalation Solution to include an indication for pulmonary hypertension associated with interstitial lung disease. CMS indicated that this LCD will take effect after a 45-day notice period, becoming effective on June 5, 2022.
