On February 9, 2022. Atlassian Corporation Plc (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing it has undertaken an exploration of redomiciling its parent holding company from the United Kingdom to the United States, subject to final approvals. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report on Form 6-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
