(the “Company”) issued a press release relating to the commencement by JetBlue Airways Corporation, on May 16, 2022, of an unsolicited conditional tender offer for all the outstanding shares of common stock of the Company. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
