On October 17, 2022, Ranger Energy Services, Inc. (the “Company”) announced third quarter 2022 financial and operating results intends to be released on the morning of Friday, October 28, 2022, followed by the quarterly earnings conference call at 10 a.m., Eastern Standard time. Additionally, the Company provided updated revenue guidance for the full year of 2022 of $610 million to $620 million. A copy of the press release is being furnished pursuant to Regulation FD as Exhibit 99.1 to the Current Report on Form 8-K.
