Item 8.01 Other Events.
  
On December 15, 2020, the Company issued a press release announcing the fourth quarter cash dividend of $0.50 per share to all stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 31, 2020. The dividend will be paid to stockholders on January 15, 2021. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
